Lennox introduced the new XC25 air conditioning unit and tasked Crown with developing a cool premium as part of their marketing introduction. We developed a bluetooth speaker, which is a scale model of the new XC25 air conditioner. Crown united state of the art Bluetooth electronics with a resin (Silicone molded) housing. This allowed for a fairly low quantity production run without high cost tooling.

Crown Premiums has produced a series of material handling devices for Crown Lift (no relation). The RM 6000 series Reach Truck allows users to store and pick heavy loads at high height. The RM 6000 scale model is manufactured from cast alloy and polyresin.

As part of the marketing introduction of the Elite Series EL296V variable-speed, two-stage gas furnace, Lennox offered this poly-resin coin bank replica.

LEIDOS, a large U.S. Defense Contractor, had their 50th anniversary in 2019. Their founder was driving a 1969 Malibu when he started the company in 1969, so LEIDOS asked Crown to create the mold and produce this model to commemorate the anniversary. This is the only die-cast 1969 Malibu available, in any scale.

For many years, Dave Lennox has been the official mascot of the Lennox Company. The Dave Lennox Bobble Head was developed to commemorate the 115th anniversary.

Crown produced a 1:12 scale model of AO Smith’s Cyclone MXI Hot Water Heater. The model featured a cut-away on the back-side, showing their helical coil detail.
